What does "host the creator" actually mean?▾
For accommodations: you give one room for the nights the creator is on-site (usually 2–4 nights). For car rentals: one vehicle for the trip length. For experiences, breweries, or tours: one session or visit. You set the number of visits per month you can accept — we never send more than that. You're not expected to feed them or comp extras unless you choose to.
What if the content the creator produces is bad or off-brand?▾
You see the creator's profile — audience, past trips, content style — before they arrive. You can decline a claim if it's not a fit. Creators on Airmango are vetted travel architects, not random influencers. If something still goes wrong after the visit, message us and we'll work with you to make it right.
What happens if no one claims my trip?▾
We release the dates back to you 2 weeks before the trip start. You get a message in time to cancel the hold in your system and resell the inventory normally. You lose nothing — the only cost is that the dates were reserved for us during those 2 weeks.
How do you make money if commission is 0%?▾
Bookings are 0% commission — you keep 100% of what the guest pays you. Our income comes from gigs: creators can sell paid extras (a drone reel, a photo set) on top of the free collab, and Airmango takes a service fee on those transactions. Buying a gig is always optional and never a condition of the collab.
Do I have to commit? Can I leave?▾
No long-term commitment. You can pause new claims anytime from your dashboard. You can leave the Founding Partner program whenever you want — trips already claimed by creators stay honored, but nothing new gets held. Listing on the map stays free whether or not you're a Founding Partner.
I'm not a hotel — is this for me?▾
Yes. Airmango works for car rentals, tour operators, breweries, restaurants, experience providers, and more. During setup you choose what one creator visit means for your business — one vehicle for the trip, one tour slot, one tasting, one room. The platform adapts to your category.
How is this different from influencer outreach I already ignore?▾
You don't pitch anyone. You don't negotiate. The creators are planning trips that fit your area, and Airmango builds the trip around businesses like yours automatically. If a creator claims your trip, you know they're coming, on dates you accepted, with specs agreed upfront. No cold DMs, no back-and-forth.
How fast will I see my first creator claim?▾
Honestly — it depends. Right now we're early and matching is hands-on. Some Founding Partners get a claim within days, some wait a few weeks while we build trips in their area. You'll see exactly where your trip is in the pipeline from your dashboard, and we message you the moment a creator claims.
