Welcome to Airmango. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Airmango platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Airmango is operated by Airmango Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
Airmango is a collaboration platform that connects travel content creators with local tourism operators. The Platform enables Creators to build trip itineraries featuring Operator businesses, and enables Operators to manage their presence, respond to collaboration requests, and connect with Creators.
Airmango does not act as a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform. We facilitate connections between Creators and Operators but are not a party to any agreement, deal, or arrangement made between them.

You retain ownership of Content you submit to the Platform. By submitting Content, you grant Airmango a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your Content and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
Airmango may use publicly available business data (including data from Google Maps, Google Places, and similar services) to populate Operator profiles. Such data remains subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our data practices. We collect and process personal information necessary to operate the Platform, including your name, email address, business details, and usage data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described herein. For Operators, business information you provide (including business name, location, and type) may be visible to Creators and other Users of the Platform.
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and Platform activity (such as deal requests, collaboration notifications, and account updates). You may also opt in to receive marketing communications such as the Airmango Founders Update. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Registration on the Platform is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscription tiers, or fees in the future, with reasonable advance notice. Any such changes will not apply retroactively to existing free-tier Users without their consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Airmango and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airmango and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 12, 13, and 15) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
